Little Nightmares III's second DLC drops Low and Alone into a flooded coastal town
The Shores is out now on every platform Little Nightmares III runs on, for $7.99 or as part of the Secrets of The Spiral expansion pass. It swaps the last chapter's theatre for fog, leeches and sewer diving.

Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco have released The Shores, the second piece of downloadable content for Little Nightmares III. It is available now on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, Switch 2 and PC through both Steam and the Microsoft Store, priced at $7.99 on Steam.
What's in it
The chapter picks up with Low and Alone back together and travelling through the mirror without Dime, landing on a fogbound stretch of coast. Bandai Namco's description sets the goal simply: reach the lighthouse cutting through the fog, using Low's map as the only reason to believe it is reachable at all.
Getting there means crossing flooded streets and emptied houses where leeches have taken hold, watched over by something the publisher calls The Leech Monster. The back half pushes the pair underwater into sewers still moving with rushing water, with cracking valves, exposed propellers and fully submerged rooms in the way. Breath management, in other words, is the new mechanic.
Where it sits in the season pass
The Shores is the second of the add-ons bundled into the Secrets of The Spiral expansion pass, following The Backstage in June. Buying the pass covers both and Steam's listing warns pass owners not to purchase The Shores separately by mistake.
Steam's store page dates the release to September 29, while the announcement Bandai Namco posted last week gave September 30 - the usual regional rollout gap. Either way it is live now.
Why it matters
Little Nightmares III moved to Supermassive Games after Tarsier left the series, and the expansion pass is the clearest signal yet of how much post-launch support that handover comes with. Two chapters in, the pass is doing what it promised rather than quietly stalling.
Why it matters
It is the second delivery on Little Nightmares III's expansion pass under a new developer, which matters for anyone deciding whether the pass was worth buying.
