Peak climbs onto PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2 on October 22
Aggro Crab and Landfall's co-op climbing game Peak is coming to PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2 on October 22 with all content added since launch.

What happened
PlayStation Blog announced that Peak launches on PS5 on October 22. Gematsu reports the same date for Xbox Series and Switch 2.
Peak is a cooperative mountain-climbing game that can be played solo or with up to four friends. It supports crossplay, so players can climb with up to three friends on other platforms.
The game has four biomes with their own hazards, including tornadoes, poison clouds, birds and zombies, and players manage food and injuries because setbacks drain stamina. Runs can be customised to change difficulty. The PS5 version includes all the content updates, biomes and items added since launch.
The game is made by Aggro Crab and Landfall, working together as Team Peak. The PlayStation post does not list a price.
Why it matters
Console players get the climbing game that has been a PC hit, with crossplay so friends on different platforms can still tackle the mountain together.
